Refund & Return Policy

At Toppu Hats, each item is made to order just for you. Because of this, we can’t accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, size changes, or color preference.

We will replace or refund items that arrive damaged, defective, or misprinted.

If there’s an issue with your order:

  1. Contact us at contact@toppuhats.com within 14 days of delivery.
  2. Include your order number and photos of the problem.
  3. We’ll work with our print partner to send a replacement or issue a refund at no extra cost.

Exceptions:

  • Refunds/replacements are only offered for faulty items.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.
  • If the wrong address is entered at checkout and the package is returned, the customer is responsible for re-shipping costs.
